I write in multiple genres, always spitting out some combination of personal development, science, and humor.

I geek out and dive deep into peculiar topics. Lately it has been permaculture design for sustainable food supplies. Prior to that it was advances in AI and machine learning. I’m fascinated by augmented reality. My 3D printer is part challenge, part fun, and part curse-inducing, but I like tinkering with it.

I paint, I draw, I cook. I sing loudly and off-key. Really, I lack all musical ability and envy those who have natural musical talent. Team sports generally make me cringe, but I love adrenaline sports that just might kill you. Paragliding, rock climbing, scuba diving–love it all.

I like people for awhile, but then need to recuperate in the forest, just me and the dog. Or in a kayak on a quiet river full of alligators.

Fireside Fiction published my short story All That Holds Me Together. My short piece Lowry Park Zoo is included in the Places to Stand collection from Saw Palm: Florida Literature and Art.

I’ve been a board member with Tampa Writers Alliance for the past four years, and am a member of the Florida Writers Association.
